Are recycled cartridges inferior to a new cartridge?
Not at all. There should be no difference in the print quality of all our cartridges. We use the best premium inks available.

How does using a compatible cartridge affect my printer's warranty?
All our cartridges meet or exceed the performance of original cartridges. It doesn't affect it at all. If a problem with the printer should occur, the printer manufacturer must prove that the refilled cartridge caused the damage in order to legally refuse to honor their warranty.

Do refilled and compatible cartridges last as long as the originals?
YES! We refill the cartridges to the same capacity as the original cartridges. With some cartridges, we are actually able to exceed the amount that the manufacturer includes in the originals.

What are our shipping and handling policies?
Will combine purchases for reduced shipping. Just tell us what combination of products you are about to buy and we will give you a shipping quote. If you use Google Checkout, we'll charge your card only the reduced amount. If you use PayPal, we'll refund the reduction to your account. We ship fast, are not responsible for delivery time once the package is out of our hands, use USPS and UPS ground. Shipping charges cover cost of more than just postage. No optional postal services should be assumed.
